Covid Protocol

As stated on our invitations, we are requiring that all attending guests please take a covid test and upload their results through the form below. We will be confirming the status of all attending guests upon entry to the ceremony, and we ask that anyone who is experiencing symptoms or anyone who tests positive attend virtually.

*each member of your attending party must be tested including children ages 5 and up
